Keeper Brian Murphy looks set to retain his place in the Town side when his former club Swansea visit Portman Road for Saturday’s live Sky game (KO 12.45pm, Sky Sports Two). Murphy was with the Swans between 2003 and 2006 but made only 18 appearances for the Welsh club before returning to Ireland to join Bohemians.

Carling Cup goal hero Grant Leadbitter says the players were well aware that they had let everybody down with their performance at Norwich last Sunday and didn't need Roy Keane to tell them. The 24-year-old netted the penalty which saw the Blues bounce back and beat West Brom 1-0 on Wednesday, setting up a two-legged Carling Cup semi-final against Arsenal.
